That would be me as well, luckily I have to go down a flight of stairs to get water, coffee, fridge, go to the bathroom. I drink a lot of water, I also walk around while I wait for water to boil for my tea.

I am making Italian sausage soup Going to drain most of the fat out of the sausages before I cook the soup first though. I also usually skim the fat off the top. This is the only clear soup I usually make.

Twice, first time I lost 75 pounds(started around 220) then over 3 years gained 57 pounds. Now I am down to 174 hoping to get somewhere between 150 and 155

I found it was hard for me to lose weight when I was on my medication for bipolar and anxiety. I noticed it happened when I would push down harder on my toes rather than the whole foot. Or if you have your weight shifted forward. Try pushing down with your heels more then on the front of your feet.

I find a sharper cheese will satisfy my cheese craving with put going too cheese crazy

It will help I have a lower back injury due to a car accident and when I lost a majority of the weight I started weight training and I have noticed a huge difference in the level of pain I was experiencing.

Candy wrappers being left all over the house, If you go get more candy put your dam wrappers in the garbage on your way to get more candy.
