I’m starting my water fasting!

Today is August 31,2018 and I’m going to start a water fast for the next 3 days I’m currently 188.4 I can’t wait to see the changes in the next 3 days

    You're setting yourself up for a massive binge.

    Just do the set-up for this site and eat the amount of calories it tells you to, instead.

    What kind of changes are you expecting?

    You will clear out your digestive track so you'll probably lose a few lbs, but then you'll put them right back on once you start eating again.

    Then what? This isn't a sustainable lifestyle. Among other things... The psychological stress on your behavior would be off the scale. This sounds like an eating disorder.

    The only change you'll see in three days is massive hunger which will probably lead to a huge binge. Also water is toxic and can actually kill you if too much is ingested in a short time. I would ask you to rethink this course of action. It won't teach you to eat properly, and any results will be so negligible that you may as well not have done it in the first place.

    Why would anyone do that? Weight loss is about lifestyle change, why torture yourself like that? Seriously, it's not a race, eat right, exercise and be patient.
