I am having the same issues...I know I walked about 7000 steps yesterday, but MFP isn't showing anything. Anyone know how to fix this? Someday sit works great...others, not so much.

I am in the same boat. I don't know what to reward not just myself, but I have found myself doing the same thing for my daughter. I am trying very hard to come up with things that aren't food related. I like the hair cut idea!!

They are DVDs that I have at home. They last 15ish minutes each. I love them....esp the cardio which is indoors walking. I never thought I could do it, but I am keeping up okay with it all!!

Hey Jenny......I am also addicted to sugar and I've enjoyed reading this thread!! I need to kick my sugar addiction!! I think I am going to try from the 15th on out until the end of the month ~ one day at a time!! I am with ya 100%!!

I had a spinal fusion back in 1988, and for me I have done Scoliyoga. That has helped me be able to move around a lot easier. I haven't done it lately, but is is good exercise. Otherwise, I just do what my body allows me to do on a day to day basis....some days are a lot better than others!!…

Well, I can't change the 4:45am....and I can't change the running and racing....but the caffeine keeps me up at night, so I think I am going to try and exercise as soon as I get home ~ even if it is just a 10 hop on the exercise bike. I am not sure what else to do. Thanks for all of your suggestions!!

Over the summer, (I'm a teacher - just back to work) I was doing great - working out about an hr a day and was not tired at the 4pm hr - but I was sleeping in later also! Since I've gone back to work and my early bird schedule, I've been trying to ride my exercise bike for at least 15 mins every morning, and then something…

I did the same thing....just logged EVERYTHING that I put in my mouth for a week and then started to notice trends and responded accordingly....more fruits and veggies, less processed junk, more water, less coffee/soda/flavored drinks. Then I added exercise!

I got mine before I gained a lot of my weight so the one on my hip, I am looking forward to the stretch marks in it going away!! That or I will get it touched up once I get to my goal weight.....AND get another!! LOL

I didn't make the 500cal a day either but I've been nursing my back this week, so I haven't been exercising much more than doing things I have to do! So if you are breaking it up into smaller time frames, does that mean that you are getting your heart rate up for those 5-10 min? I have a similar issue once school starts again - between my schedule and my daughter's schedule, I am on the run a lot and have a VERY hard time getting any exercise/eating healthy.
