Has anyone here done these videos? How did you log the exercise? I logged the first walking video as a 3.5 walk and the second interval walking as 4.0 walk. The cardio videos I am not sure how to log either, because I think I get my heart rate up a bit...it has to burn calories in some way shape or form.....

I think I am going to try to do these for a few weeks before I try the 30 day shred again. I think I am WAY too out of shape for that just yet.

Thoughts?

No, but I used to do their walking podcasts which I found to be decent. Not sure of the videos. Can you post a link to where I can see them?

    thanks!

That's great, I also tried to get in better shape before beginning the shred. However- you're not as out of shape for it as you might think. Level 1 is all exercises you've done before, in gym class. It's not difficult exercises, you can go at your own pace with a video. Most people can't keep up at first but in a couple days, you'll get the pace & hang of it. IF you've had previous knee injuries or anything, I recommend a knee brace when you do it. Some people complain of soreness when they start, I took a hot to cold shower and some ibuprofen and had no pain, except when I hurt my knee, of course lol. I still lost 8 inches, even with a knee injury and working at lower intensity.
I'm doing the shred again for November. I'm doing it every month that has only 30 days (and feb) That should be about the time you're starting, we can shred together if you like. I do mine first thing in the am- before I wake up or anything- I walk the dogs and shred. That way it's done and you don't have to 'find or make' time later in your day.
    Have fun & good luck!

They are DVDs that I have at home. They last 15ish minutes each. I love them....esp the cardio which is indoors walking. I never thought I could do it, but I am keeping up okay with it all!!
