fat free yogurt, blueberries, 1 tblsp ground flax seed....under 150 calories and I do not get hungry for about 4 more hours.

20-25 needed some new pants; now really need new shirts and I am pinning the pants I bought at -25pds. I am trying to buy as little as possible b/c I hope to keep losing. Sometimes you just need to buy something that really fits as a small reward.

Definitely! After even one week of tracking food I immediately understood exactly why I was so overweight. Alot of it had to do with what I was eating, not so much how much. I have changed what I eat a great deal and I am rarely truly hungry. Good luck on your journey.

congrats and I can relate some...I am 47 and have had both hips replaced in last 24 months due to bone disease and I have lost 37pds in past 6 months...I have a ways to go but it is so nice to just be able to participate in life again

I started on Jan. 9th at 236.5 and I was at 202 last week. Looking forward to seeing the 100s!!! Great job and keep up the good work. I have a binge moment sometimes, too. Fortuntately it is not too often.

I teach and take a whole wheat sandwich thin with lean meat and whatever you want to add ...I do veggies and mustard. I also take a piece of fruit and a sugar free chocolate pudding (that is my chocolate fix for the day). It is usually under 300 calories and that leaves me enough for a healthy afternoon snack.
