I'm sure this topic has been posted a bazzilion times, but just wondering what your favorite healthy snacks are. I need some new ones. Two of my favorites at the moment are..
Cottage cheese with fresh pineapple chunks
A handful of almonds mixed with a handful of raisens

low fat string cheese
low fat cottage cheese with any of the Mrs. Dash spices
Granny Smith apples
blackberries
protein bars
tomatoes, mini cucumbers and low-fat dressing

1/2 cup of Fiber one with cinnamon sprinkled on top. It's only 60 calories and tastes like cinnamon toast.0

In the afternoon when I'm at work to satisfy the 3 pm munchies I'll often have a protein/energy bar and a cup of coffee (1/2 decaf)

Sliced cucumbers! By themselves: 16 calories per cup
...in balsamic vinegar: 36 calories for 1 cup cukes + 2 tbsp vinegar
...in plain yogurt with dill: 59 calories for 1 cup cukes + 1/4 cup yogurt + 2 tsp fresh/dried dill0 -

Pears, gala apples, organic apple rice cakes, cottage cheese, feta cheese, fage 0% with pb2 and pumpkin seeds. Also like to snack on raw mushrooms.0

frozen seedless grapes...especially in hot weather0

Oranges, or a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, or raspberries. Yummy.0

I'm a sucker for berries. Blackberries, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries...mmm.0

Non fat vanilla yogurt and lime juice. I freeze the yogurt, then put it in the blender with a couple ice cubes and juice from half a lime. Mix it up and its a delish sweet and tangy treat! 80 calories.0
