Forgot the why...it's 30 mins and I feel like I have had a good workout but not exhausted.

X3 is my favorite. I am a BeachBody coach and have tried a lot of programs. Plus I was military for 20 years and we always tried different things.

Get a structured workout program that you can do at home like T25 or P90X3. T25 is 25 mins. and X3 is 30. Plus the eating plan will fuel your body.

Try eating 5 small meals a day to spread out the calories. It will also keep your metabolism working. A diet must have 1200 calories a day or your body goes into surviaval mode and doesn't burn anything therefore no weight loss.

Watching calories is a good thing when trying to lose weight, but the type of calories are important. 500 calories of potato chips are not the same as 500 calories of lean mean and sodas kill a diet. I would go for the almonds. The good fats are beneficial for the heart.
