What am i doing wrong? *NEWBIE*

I've been attempting to lose weight since November 2013 starting off at 189 lbs. i weigh 182-3 lbs now. I've lost 7 LBS in 3 months
what am i doing wrong?
i usually go for long walks 2/3 times a week and i also go to the gym every Saturdays.
my diet is rather 'clean'

i think my problem is that i eat about 400-700 calories less that MFP recommends (which i do unintentionally).
i think that's because i usually get stuffed after having lunch and don't feel hungry for the rest of the day and i don't feel like its necessary if i force myself to eat when im not hungry!

is that my problem or?..

    Try eating 5 small meals a day to spread out the calories. It will also keep your metabolism working. A diet must have 1200 calories a day or your body goes into surviaval mode and doesn't burn anything therefore no weight loss.

    A cursory look at your diary shows you have only logged 2 or 3 days out of the last week. (maybe you just signed up 2 days ago?)

    Be consistent. Weigh and log all of your food. Most people don't lose weight because they are eating too much.
