I've got 90 calories to fill. Which is a better choice? A nectarine or almonds?

I have room for either one. I am a bit of a fat-a-phobic so I naturally lean toward the nectarine, but the nuts do have less sugar and carbs.. Opinions? (My diary is open, but make sure to look at Tuesday)

I would go for the almonds. The good fats are beneficial for the heart.

Almonds. They have good fat, no need to be phobic of that.

They're both really good for you, but if it's late, which I'm assuming it is, I'd go for the almonds as they're slower digesting and will help provide your body with protein through the night for longer aiding in muscle recovery.

Not that it matters too much because both choices are excellent options.

That would make for an interesting day at work tomorrow ;)

nectarine sounds better to me! or you could save your extra 90 for a day when you might want to go over a little :)

Cut that nectarine in half and half the amount of almonds.
