If you haven't already, throw away your iodized salt and replace it with Kosher salt. That will cut your sodium intake on foods you cook at home.

It is totally true. My sodium intake is very minimal, and when I have something salty I wonder how I ever ate that way. All of the prepared foods we eat are loaded with sodium, so we get used to it. same deal with sugar. Eating clean is the only way to go.

I have the same problem. I have been doing tons of core training to tighten up. its hard work but its getting better. Medicine balls are very good to work with.

People totally treat you differently when your thinner. People are striking up conversations with me more these days. Its kind of sad when you think about how shallow people are, but I must say I looked pretty bad 110lbs. ago.

Spaghetti squash baked with olive oil Salt and pepper. Then scrape off the flesh and put homemade spaghetti sauce on top. Very good stuff.

I would love to hear what others think about this I reached my goal, and I bounce around with 6-7 pounds. This is the hardest part for me.

In a non stick pan sauté it with grape seed oil or olive oil, with fresh garlic. Cook it until it dries out some,(getting rid of the slime).
