An update on my success so far w/progress pics

Weight loss has been a life long struggle for me. My highest weight was 251 as a JR in high school. I have tried many diets and plans and pills and and and and.....the only thing i'm finding that actually works is the change of lifestyle. healthy eating and excersise. One year ago i was in the lower 230's. I started MFP at 225. I weighed in this morning at 190, showing a loss of roughly 35lbs. It's been a battle. I've lost, I've gained and I've lost some of the same pounds what feels like a million times. I woke up remotivated and ready to kick some but. I want to lose another 46lbs.
