Weight this week is 140.8. I've had a really rough time this week after being in a car accident Monday. I haven't had a way to get to the park where I go walking. Not an excuse, since I can workout at home, but with everything going on this week, it just didn't happen. :ohwell:

Sorry I'm not more active on the threads during the week. My internet's been acting up lately and I have to fight with it just to send in my weight each week. :grumble: Anyways, this weeks weight was 142.2! I'm so close to the 130's! Hopefully I can reach them by next weeks weigh in. :happy:

I haven't been able to get much working out in lately between my son and my work schedule, but he starts school a week from Monday and my schedule is back on track, so back to my walks at the park I go! Weigh in for today - 145.6! :D

I'm kind of the opposite, when I start eating healthier foods I get intense salt cravings. My guess is there's something your body's not getting enough of.
