How do you add it on your exercise on here????

    I asked the same question earlier, as I started today, and was told to log it as circuit training.

    "Circuit training" is usually the one I use and it's pretty accurate. :smile:

    I do her ripped in 30. I got a HRM and figured out the calories I was burning with that then added it as an exercise.

    Not sure what you'd compare it to though....

    I haven't done the shred yet, but you should record it as circuit training.

    I record it at 20 minutes of circuit training and it gives me 173 calories. Not sure how accurate it is though!!
