Football season has always been hard for me! But I found this new website called www.skinnytaste.com and have already tried making some of the apps so I know they are good. Check it out. There are some really great healthy finger foods that look perfect for sunday football.

Thank you for all of your help! Since I am not hungry, I think i will just go for my run and see how much energy I have afterwards. If I am really drained then next time I will try drinking 1/2 a protien shake before my run.

I figured there would be many different answers. But ive been up for about 30 minutes and had a glass of water. I usually just use powder and 8oz of skim milk.

DON"T DO IT! Go out and buy a few yoplait whips chocolate mousse! When I crave chocolate...which i do just about every day, I love these yogurts they are like desert! And try freezing them...even better! One serving of Peanut M&M's is like 250 calories while one whips yogurt is 160! Fight the urge!
