It's true. The less you eat of it the less you crave. Try increasing healthy fats into your meals. i.e. 1/4 avocado, tbsp shelled hemp seeds, small handful of nuts. Yes! I'm allergic to wheat/dairy. It was a big challenge at first..but over the years have gotten used to it. I know great substitutions for things. Feel free to ask anytime or add me as a friend. Cheers.
