Got to 205 on my 1RM but it looked ugly. Got 735 singles on part one and came within two reps of finishing part 2 before the time cap.

I found it really hard to stop logging and watching my calorie intake. Going by "your body will tell you when to stop" never really worked for me and to this day I am almost never not hungry. I can eat and eat and eat and eat!

Same here. I am pretty slow on my box jumps but I always try to do them RX no matter what. I smoked my shin a few weeks ago and the resulting bone bruise still hurts like hell but I am determined to not let that hold me back from jumping.

Yesterday was a partner WOD: Each AMRAP started with person A doing one rep then person B doing one rep. Then 2 and 2 then 3 and 3 and so on. I have been doing CrossFit for almost two years but today was my first time I RX'd Fran. I did it once before at 75 lbs and got 5:02. Today at 95 lbs I got 7 minutes flat. I really wish I would have done better.

The MyWOD app has a counter on the timer so i just use that. Every time you complete a rep or round you just tap the screen and it registers the rep/round. I am terrible at keeping count so this helps a lot. If it is a WOD that has a lot of counting then sometimes I just use a good old pencil and scrap paper.
