  • Ok so now that I have reached my goal. How do i sustain my new found fitness. I know I do not want to eat as little as I have been and I know I want to work out less, but I also know that I will feel guilty if I do not. What should I do to ease off.
  • The water thing is mostly to keep hunger at bay. Instead of reaching for cake reach for a glass of water. You get most of the water you NEED from your food.
  • I used to have a cheat day. That is when I looked at this whole shabang as a diet. If you look at it as trying to eat healthier, you can have that ONE piece of Birthday cake at the party.

  • Does any one else plan binges. I know if there is a party or wedding, I make sure that I eat right for at least two weeks in advance, with no cheating, that way I can binge every once and a while : )
  • Another reason you may not be loosing weight is all those push ups. You may be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. If so you won't see results on the scale, but you'll def see them in the mirror :laugh: !

  • The only reason why I agree with the charge is because insurance companies and businesses do not want to be basically ruined by people who have health risks. If you have a health risk, such as being overweight, insurance companies are in danger of loosing money, and companies in risk of loosing time, money, and employees.
  • Personally I agree with the idea. However, some could argue, "well it's a problem with my genes." This is something that they claim to not be able to control (an idea I do not agree with).   • For me it's how much I eat. I have always eaten healthy with few unhealthy items, but instead of one bowl of cereal I'd have 2.5. Just wanted to see what else people have problems with while dieting. Now I have measured my servings and made sure I don't overeat.

  • How often do you think I should record/weigh myself, and do measurements? One week, day, ect?
  • :bigsmile: The Wall is the hardest thing to get over, but if you can find a trampoline it's easier, no? Get running!! Whenever I feel tempted, that is when I exersize. Take up a new hobby and get out of the house as much as possible. Go shopping or something, go for a drive, cool off. This will help you to stay determined!
  • Yeah I tried riding my bike and it was fine. It was just a matter of locking the knee. I just keeps locking in weird ways.   • Hey. I'm new here, and my primary exersize has always been running, but now i have somehow seemed to have skrewed up my knee and am in no condition to run. What should I do if I want to still loose weight.
