Getting to healthy lifestyle?
Ok so now that I have reached my goal. How do i sustain my new found fitness. I know I do not want to eat as little as I have been and I know I want to work out less, but I also know that I will feel guilty if I do not. What should I do to ease off.

What is your biggest problem dieting?
For me it's how much I eat. I have always eaten healthy with few unhealthy items, but instead of one bowl of cereal I'd have 2.5. Just wanted to see what else people have problems with while dieting. Now I have measured my servings and made sure I don't overeat.

Hurt and Can't Run
Hey. I'm new here, and my primary exersize has always been running, but now i have somehow seemed to have skrewed up my knee and am in no condition to run. What should I do if I want to still loose weight.

Weigh ins
How often do you think I should record/weigh myself, and do measurements? One week, day, ect?
