Getting to healthy lifestyle?

Ok so now that I have reached my goal. How do i sustain my new found fitness. I know I do not want to eat as little as I have been and I know I want to work out less, but I also know that I will feel guilty if I do not. What should I do to ease off.

Go into your goals and select "maintain" as your goal. It will give you the number of calories to eat per day. You will still want to exercise though. I haven't hit my goal yet so I don't know the actual logistics of it, but I know you still need to be careful with your calories and keep up your exercise regime to keep the weight off. Congrats on reaching your goal!0
