On your diary it should tell you how much protein, carbs, fats and etc. you should have. I had the exhausted feelings and found I was drinking only water before, during and after my morning workouts and it was draining me. My metabolism has always been slow. What helps me most is to eat 5 - 6 times a day. I never believed this eating routine, but I have found it is helping me.

I am so motivated to take care of myself. I know like anyone else I sometimes slack but for the most part I do try. I am trying to become more active in other things, running, biking, walking. It would be great to meet people with same interests.

Just joined today. My plan is to be ready to begin July 1 but with this tool, I think I will give it a try a little sooner. So I am going to begin my tracking tomorrow. Friends would be great.
