Check mine out too. Sugar is the devil. And I have stopped snacking. I eat 3 meals a day and thats it, they are large and filling meals and getting into this habit has helped me so much.

I have a huge binge eating problem. But I have made some big changes in my life, I started by seeing a holistic nutritionist and got my body used to eating only three times a day. I also don't keep any food in the house that I want to binge on. If it's not here I won't eat it. And sadly, I'm not gonna binge on broccoli.…

I don't buy gluten free processed foods anymore I just binged on them.

Beer. Gluten free beer just isn't the same. Ditto to going out and not worrying. Pastries. Although I'm glad I can't eat them, it helps with the weight loss.

The only alternatives I really get are pasta bread and oats. I have tried all sorts of pasta corn, quinoa, rice and the blends are usually best. Barilla makes a gluten free pasta and it is pretty good. Everything else I eat is just naturally gluten free. Corn tortillas, beans, rice, quinoa.

Gluten free steel cut oats make with 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Add in anything you want berries are great. I do 1 cup of berries and throw in some unsweetened coconut. In the fridge overnight and eat cold in the AM. Throw in a piece of toast (I prefer Rudis gluten free) with s tablespoon of PB.

One of my biggest needs is tracking daily and making healthier snack choices!
