WOW - thanks for all the feedback everyone! There are a variety of classes offered in town. I love taking classes, so I will definately take one to check it out. Thank GOD for MFP! It's where I vent and share my stressful situations! I've made it a goal of mine to no longer reach for food when stressed. I try to call a friend or a co-worker and vent. I make sure I drink my water during the day so I'm not hungry and I definately use exercise to blow off steam! :flowerforyou:
