Hey Everyone! Welcome Old and New members!
We (most of us) are now on Week 5 or 6 of C25K!!! (if you are on another week feel free to join the thread still!)
I have decided to create a new thread each week so that we don't hit the 500 post mark and get the thread deleted.
As stated before, we should use this thread to motivate , encourage , and support each other through this running program!
Feel free to post anything you want pertaining to C25K (Questions, Comments, Suggestions, etc.)!

Thought I'd keep the posts going! It keeps me motivated!
Completed Week 5/Day 1 yesterday. It's definately getting more challenging! I'm thrilled that I've been able to keep up my pace during the entire run! I'm feeling pretty good during my runs, no pain anywhere - just sweat! LOL!
Looking forward to Day 2!

I know its Tuesday but.... w6
My current weight (as of 8__/30__) is ___204______.
My goal for this week:_________run the entire time________________________________
This week I am going to focus on: _pacing myself not worrying about being last in my group___________________________________________________
I plan on achieving my goal this week by:_________just running______________________________________________

Before I felt: I was worried about running an 8 min run
During I felt: tired but pushing myself
After I felt: accomplished
I've missed a few days(like last Friday should have been a 20 min run)0 -

My current weight (as of 8/30) is 156 (gah, went up! need to get myself in gear).
My goal for this week:Finish all school work ON TIME and jog the 20 minute straight !!!
This week I am going to focus on: Commitment!
I plan on achieving my goal this week by: Waking up early, completing all my work, and then doing C25K!

Before I felt: Ready! I was excited to start week 5!
During I felt: Confident during the first 5 minute run, but then my calves started BURNING afterwards. I pushed myself through the other two 5 min. jogs and made it through!
After I felt: Amazing! I was so proud of myself knowing that I just jogged for 15 minutes during my workout!!!
My boyfriend keeps telling me that I should go back to Week 3 because I tell him how much my calves hurt, but I told him that I want to push myself and make a change.

Hi Everyone - well I just finished Week5/Day 3. I made it to the 15 minute mark and had to walk for a few minutes and then I managed to run again for 2more minutes - total of 17 minutes. Trying to focus on the positive instead of the negative!
Will start Week 6 on Thursday. I need to get back to Mon/Wed/Fri schedule - these holiday weekends are messing me up!

Just finished Week 6 Day 1!!
I was ready to start jogging! As I was leaving school I was happy that it was time for C25K when I got home.
As I was jogging I felt GREAT! I thought today was fairly easy for some reason :] Maybe I am becoming a jogger!
After I felt accomplished! I am so proud of myself for sticking with this program for 6 weeks! I usually start an exercise program, but never finish it because I get bored.
I LOVE C25K!
