This gives me hope thank you, I use a set of Tanita scales and measure every wednesday morning. Maybe i should ignore the numbers a little while and just go off the measurements and how I look. Thank you a lot xx

I am also wondering about body fat percentage, have been weight training a while now, since March. The lowest my BF has been is 25%, today it was back up to 28%, I have lost inches and have built muscle, so I'm a little confused as to how/why it is going up. I think it may be best for you to speak to your diet or a nutritionalist. I also have food allergies- granted not as many as you (poor thing), I would say to put your health first, it doesnt sound like you have a bad diet anyway, maybe just reduce so you are eating at a calorie deficit? Thank you - Just for everyone's info: I ate gluten and I had my blood test done, it showed raised numbers - something scientific about 'inconclusive results which could be either way', Doc said cut out all wheat, in 3 months we will reintroduce wheat and redo the tests. Sorry, maybe you misunderstood, I didn't want to start a discussion on what I or others am suffering from, as I have said I am undergoing tests so don't have all the correct info yet. Just wanted some food tips etc. Thanks for your input though, very helpful.

I am 5ft3.5 CW is 136 although my GW has always been 120. I do worry that this would look too small however and will decide when I reach this. However I am also lifting, so my size 8 figure I am aiming for may actually be more weight than I am now. Which I am happy with. It may be worth measuring and taking before pictures…

Thank you, I might try and lower my carb intake as this is a large part of my diet. Perhaps this will help. I will also measure my key points and see if there is any change here.

I relied on LS for my bikinis for summer, everywhere else that does my size are older looking bikinis with bigger covering pants :(
