I think your on a good track. im on day 28 i just started losing weight again. for 3 weeks i lost zero lbs, i only lost 5lb so far when on insanity for 28days. But i feel more mucles in the legs keep it up!

Portion control. I am also chinese and family cooks rice or noodles everyday. Most of the chinese food on mpf is not too accurate to what it really is. but try your best to google/measure how much you eat. i use to eat 3 bowls of rice for dinner. thanks, one thing im trying to figure out is if i should go by light or moderate activity aside from doing insanity for 40-45mins a day,I usally just do little things around the house or run to the store.

i started 12/13/12. At first the fittest itself was very hard. But as day goes by its getting my very addicted. Being 245lb my ankles and knees take beatings. litterly hurt after working out and stuff.. But the weird thing for me is the next day i feel sore but its not bad. Hi there, I wouldnt be focused on wieght at this time. Just start eating healthy and do some light exercises, like walk after eating.
