Just about to test for my oraange belt... feeling great... Dropped almost 20lbs this cycle.. my goal is to drop 20lbs each testing cycle..... I went to my first tournament after just 3 weeks starting.. It was fun... Lots to lose and cant wait to not look like the Kung fu panda anymore,,, Keep working it.....

Great plan.. Healthy fruits and veggies will help you Feel great!! I'm here just started HMr and found the 5 shakes a day plan was hard.. I like to chew also... So my dinners are healthy and with the family.. Cheers...

Did a Taekwnado tournament yesterday.. I'm a white belt adn about 4 weeks in.. It was fun.. lots of inspiration. my routine was only about 20 min however it was a long long day and I was very tired when i got home... 35 total score to track..
