HI everyone!!! I have been on MFP for a year now! !!! I LOVE IT!!!! It has been so motivational and has held me accountable!! I just started a video logging (VLOG) on www.youtube.com to track my journey for you all to see. There is a huge weight loss community on you tube too!! I would encourage anyone to check it out.     I love MFP too... Neew here but have tried several.. and this one is the best!!
