Track ....Exercise minutes, + hours of sleep + Fruits and Veggies servings eaten, + 8 oz glasses of water drank + daily checkins(1 per day max)..
A good goal to shoot for is 250 pts...
Each week check in on Saturday with total points and weigh in...
Fun for all as we can all focus on our strong points...

yes 1 point for each item.. goal is to try for 250 for the week...///
Daily check in means posting and if you like letting the group know your progress..

Did my first Taekwnado tournament today.. As a white belt...(overweight Panda... )
~~Next tournament is in september... i'll be an Orange belt and with some sweat down 20lbs...0 -
Did a Taekwnado tournament yesterday.. I'm a white belt adn about 4 weeks in.. It was fun.. lots of inspiration. my routine was only about 20 min however it was a long long day and I was very tired when i got home...
