I see some losses so far! I haven't had the best week. I haven't been feeling well so exercise has been limited and have been eating too much. I need more self control this week and some bravery to face my fear of needles and get a blood test

So great to have so many people on board! It's Monday here. I'm about to use the work gym then hope to go for a short run after work. I'm running on very little sleep today so I don't plan on pushing myself too much. What is everyone's goals for today?

I want to lose 2kg (4.5lbs) in July. I'm starting circuit training using Kayla Itsines bikini guide. I'm also working on getting my weekend eating habits under control. I always welcome new, supportive friends

Honestly, I don't log those days and I treat myself more than usual. I try not to go crazy but not logging means I don't beat myself up about going a bit over.

Last time I went to the gym with my sister she told me I look strong while I'm working out and she really struggles to keep up. She doesn't do that much strength training but still made me feel good. I hated being weaker than her.

I'm 5'5 and 135lbs trying to lose 15lbs or so. I'm doing it very slowly but getting there.
