My personal experience is that a little bit of sugar isnt all bad. I wouldnt cut it out completely at all. I did switch to sweeteners and it sent my stomach crazy, it was like a washing machine as the aspartamine went to town on me! Soon as i cut them out and instead managed my sugar intake i was a lot better. And if you…
