trying to quit eating so much sugar (aka; an entire bag of lolly binge so often!) and the only drinks i consume are water and green tea with honey!

Goood! I have a problem with sugar as well! But, I have switched to Splenda and Truvia and now I don't feel bad! It was hard -I didn't like the at first. But I feel better when I use them instead of sugar.0

My personal experience is that a little bit of sugar isnt all bad. I wouldnt cut it out completely at all. I did switch to sweeteners and it sent my stomach crazy, it was like a washing machine as the aspartamine went to town on me! Soon as i cut them out and instead managed my sugar intake i was a lot better.
And if you still want a sweet hit try Agave Nectar.........perfect for sweetening up oats and 100% natural0
