Just started juicing and like the green juice by "reset by joe". Uses 6 leaves kale with 1 green apple, 1/2 lemon, 1 cucumber,2 celery sticks.. I add 1 packet of Stevia and ice...really not bad.

This week no loss. Still at 166. Well gonna up the exercise and track the eating more frequently.

Posted wrong place, anyway weight is 168. Wed 25th was first weigh in since July was 165 then, Back to exercising and logging food. See you next week! :smile:

Not a big fan of humidity here in FL...just started indoor exercise again...but want to move into jogging soon. Looking at a few 5K's to motivate me:)
