C1 food for travel suggestions
Going to be driving approx. 6 hrs each way and usually stop for lunch. Suggestions for food to take and if I get a salad somewhere what is a good low fat dressing for this? Thanks!

C1 Day 2
Well yesterday went very well. I like yogurt and green tea...found some with mint and a decaf with berries. I dropped weight already...I know it is water but was good to see. Am going to post every day I need to. Have a good one! :drinker:

Easter at Inlaws...eatting suggestions
Okay, I don't want go of the wagon on Easter. I think there will be ham, veggies (canned), potatoes, etc. Suggestions without making my own Easter dinner. I don't want to eat ham (though love the flavor!). I know the salt with cause weight gain for sure. Thanks!

kale chips
I tried these today and they were good! This is a good replacement for my chips or popcorn. It is a little work cleaning but worth it. Kale, a little olive oil spray, seasoning of your choice, bake and crunch away!

Take BRAGGS Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning from Soy Protein (0 calories), your favorite MRS DASH (0 calories), add hot water. I use about 1/3 Braggs to water. It is saltly tasting, but you can use less Braggs or add mure water. I like Mrs Dash Tomatoe, Basil, Garlic. Enjoy!
