Code Black by Armani - I think - is my FAVORITE. I also like Curve - the kind in the green bottle with gold writing :flowerforyou:

I actually bought one because I accidentally bought running shoes with the little pouch in the bottom! Haha, I really love it. The data base / tracker for it is very cool and keeps me motivated. Every time I use it I want to beat what I did the time before. :flowerforyou:

My hubbies and I moved into our new apartment! Our first food trip will be on Tuesday. I've never cooked much so I just had a few ___ vs. ___ questions. Olive Oil vs. Pam (or any brand) cooking spray (any other better suggestions?) Stick butter vs. tub butter (which brands do you suggest?) bagged salad vs. head of lettuce…

Thanks for your input. I know he's hurting under his hard shell. I know he feels lost and like he can't do anything about it. He's even said "I'm fat because I can't work out". **which makes me angry because he says things like that but then doesn't do anything about it** I just can't stand to see him hurt.... But,…

Thank you. It's always nice to have a guys opinion about ''guy stuff''

*sigh* I know you're right. It's just so hard because I care about him so much. I thought maybe I could change it before another 30 40 or 50lbs goes on or he has some sort of health problem. But I know you're right.

I do control the grocery shopping but I always feel like I'm wasting my money because he will just go out and get things he likes without me knowing. Hmm the cheese/cracker or fruit plate is a good idea - I will try it but normally if he "doesn't like it" he won't eat it. He'd rather starve:laugh:

Well, here's the short version of the story. My husband and I both met in the United States Marine Corps two years ago. We just recently tied the knot (Sept. 5). Being in the military we *used* to be in pretty good shape. He had surgery on his foot about six months ago and needs another. This means he can't run, drill,…

:grumble: I tried this a few years back when I was trying to cut weight to get into the Marine Corps. From my experience it raised my heart rate and made me unable to sleep at night and did NOTHING for my weight loss. In boot camp (3 month period) I lost nearly 30lbs with just eating right and a lot of exercise (obviously…

I'm in D.C. and it's sunny/hot/humid! I'm packing today - I'm moving out of the military barracks and into an apartment with my hubbies I would be waaaay more excited if I didn't have to pack before I get to move:laugh:

I must be the only person on the planet that does not enjoy spinning :grumble: Wish I did though... it's a great way to burn up all those calories. Good luck && more importantly HAVE FUN :flowerforyou:

I know I should agree... I'm recovering from an eating disorder and find it soooo hard to eat the right amount. I feel STUFFED at about 1100 calories. I'm in the military so I should be eating close to 1900. What are some snacks that are good for calories that wouldn't make me too full?

On my body I'm thankful for... my eyes. When I was younger I had the nickname "bug" because my eyes are very large. But now I think they are not only beautiful but they let me see all of the beautiful work God has created.

Oi >_< They don't lie! I prooooooooooomise you :flowerforyou: No, I've never been in IP. I sort of tried to ''handle it on my own''. ...that's working our greeeeeat....:grumble:

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear that. I am also a *recovering* bulimic. Personally (and from what my psych has said) I think the thoughts will always be there. I don't think the behaviors have to be though. Maybe one day you could take everything off but maybe leave your hair band in... then the next day everything off but…

Well, I am in the United States Marine Corps (Marine) and I play in the drum and bugle corps (bugler) Pretty simple

This is not meant to be rude however, I had some of those behaviors a couple of years ago when I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. I'm not sure how your food intake is but I've been there. :\ I'm sorry you're going through that. But honestly, none of those things will make the scale go up. )hugs(

Sounds delicious!! Can't wait to try it mmmmmm
