  • sorry i can't help but i'm in the same situation as you!!! 6 weeks of consistant loss, 4 weeks of plateau. All I've changed is actually doing some exersise!!! I thought it would be as before but better with the exercise but it's stopped instead!! not sure if my diary is viewable but any advice is more than welcome!!!
  • Finally and excuse for my rubbish effort at burpees!!! i do find that it's so much furthur to move! Also i don't know the name of it but when you have to lie on your back and hold your legs straight out 2" from the floor. I struggle so much at it. I'm convinced it's because my legs are so much longer and therefore heavier!!
