sorry i can't help but i'm in the same situation as you!!! 6 weeks of consistant loss, 4 weeks of plateau. All I've changed is actually doing some exersise!!! I thought it would be as before but better with the exercise but it's stopped instead!! not sure if my diary is viewable but any advice is more than welcome!!!

Finally and excuse for my rubbish effort at burpees!!! i do find that it's so much furthur to move! Also i don't know the name of it but when you have to lie on your back and hold your legs straight out 2" from the floor. I struggle so much at it. I'm convinced it's because my legs are so much longer and therefore heavier!!

Hahaha yes I do! My boyfriend and I do it together and there is one bit on level one ( i think it's about 2/3 of the way through) where she says 'No you cannaaaat' in a really long emphasised way.
