Hi, I'm doing the Tiffxo program. It's cardio and strength. You use hand weights on the strength days and do bodyweight exercises, squats, lunges, pushups ect.. I feel so much stronger but is this enough or should I be doing weoghts as well?

I have 4 but I think as many as you can handle, money can't buy the fun you will have with all your brothers, sisters and cousins

Search some dishes that you think you might order and check out the calories,I do it on my food diary and then just delete them. Same goes for alcohol at least then you will have an idea before you go out :)

What horrible people! I would just ignore them.. You are going to lose weight but they will always be losers. Hold your chin up you know your doing the right thing don't let them stop you :)
