  • Kristafb that's exactly where I get them but of you've had 2 years and nothing else that helps put my mind at ease. Cryren8972 I didn't eat nutrient dense foods and just popped vitc tablets. I figured it was good enough. Maybe not! I'm learning still. Everyone thank you so much for input on this. Knowing other people…
  • Thank you karlotapp, my mother asked this question on Atkins site and they said maybe detoxing. They didn't bother me so I'm going to get back on the wagon. It was just unnerving to see them just appear overnight. They were just like tiny tiny speckled red dots on my stomach only. Not raised like a rash. Like the reddots…
  • Thank you Ivanfawcettgibson, I figured I'd get the ball rolling again and when it develops I'll call the Dr. I actually noticed from my diary it's about a 2 week period when they emerge. I'm still here and not feeling bad so can't be too serious I think. Thank you so much for taking the time for me. I do appreciate it.
  • Elize7, thank you. I worry over everything. Maybe you can up on the vit c and k and see if that's it. I really wondered do I worry or not too much. I really wanted to know if others had this and if so then what. The whole kicker of it all was I was feeling better than ever! Thank you so very much for your input. I just…
  • I thought about that, I always took a lot of vitc. I do have a liver tumor that was accidentally found and had regular c-scans and had blood work done and nothing unusual was found and that was a few years ago. I would think something would of shown up in that time. The appearance of these just didn't line up with Dr…
  • I've thought that too jetsamflotsam, I thought I would get back to doing it and just call the Dr while they are present on my stomach. Just hoped to avoid my 6000 deductible if possible if this wasn't uncommon or a normal process. Thank you very much for taking time to respond.
  • The only thing that comes to mind is the use of coconut oil. I pretty much ate the same things as before but cut carbs down to about 20-30 and increased proteins and a lot of fat. I'm not a big meat eater. My ketone Stix were pink-purple. Thank you for taking time to help give me an idea!
  • Any kind of grilled meat, don't be afraid of fat. I keep bacon, avocados, cream cheese, eggs, butter and whipping cream on hand. Saute vegetables in a little butter and you can add a tad of whipping cream and make a nice satisfying sauce. Just cut out bad carbs like bread, rice, potatoes and pasta. Cauliflower and cabbage…
  • I got "foodles" this week at Wal-mart in the refrigerated fruit section. They are meals for kids with cheese cubes, pretzels and apple slices. So there is no work or thought that has to go in this. Everything is washed, cut and pre-measured, just open and eat. I am enjoying the portion control of these as well.
  • I am trying to do a low-carb higher protein diet. I am finding what works for me is grab and go things. I do buy the atkins shakes and bars for a breakfast replacement, if I don't I might not have had breakfast at all then blow it because I am starved. Also on my days off I will cooked a lot of bacon on a cookie sheet in…
