I enjoyed it & felt great when I was having a shake or two a day...can no longer afford it tho. I found it to be beneficial in managing my blood sugars and it inspired me to make good healthy food choices throughout the day. Obviously everyone has their own opinion, & rightfully so... mine was all positive :-)

One of my fav go-to breakfast is a serving of bobs red mill 10 whole grain hot cereal, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk & a tablespoon of chia seeds. Another fav is a slice of fitness bread toasted with a hardboiled egg., tomato slices, avocado & black pepper.

Adding a few slices of lemon and some fresh mint to water with some crushed ice works for me...I know friends who put all different kinds of fruit from apple's to orange slices, even berries. Experiment. Wish you all the best :)
