Ah right, thanks, i don't like those sort of machines anyway, they absolutely kill my legs, i'm more of a treadmill or walking person, thanks for all the input, it's nice to know people rate them

Thanks for that but what's an eliptical machine? i may be being really thick but the only thing i can think of is a treadmill? Thanks for all the comments though, i'm really quite pleased i've ordered them now, just wish they'd hurry up and come now haha

I'm trying to strengthen my remaining calf muscle in my right leg so sounds like they might be well suited for me although i'll try not to over do it or i may end up in pain, thanks :)

Not sure what the app on the iphone is like but the best advice i can give it just treat it as if you'd never used it before and try navigate your way round, on the left you should have all your bits like track food, track exercise, if you click on them it should be fairly self explanatory, if there is anything specific…

How about packing yourself a nice healthy tasty salad and a pitta bread and making yourself a wrap, or maybe some home made veg soup if you have the means to warm it through, hope this helps

I don't know of this will help but i have set my activity level at sedentary so that is the worst case so when i move about during the day i must be burning calories, i weigh 180lbs and i'm 5ft 3 and my calories are set at 1410 and that's set so i will lose 1lb per week, don't know if this helps you but i hope it will

you don't want to get ROD of them haha, i think you looked great the last time i was there and i'd be well pleased if i had the figure you've got now, i'd be in a bikini for sure, you should be proud of yourself for all you've achieved :)

Swimmings a bit difficult as my leg cramps alot and gets really painful but thanks for the suggestion
