i went for a jog last night and this morning in shorts! i had to convince my self to get out there in them too lol but once i was there and saw everyone else in less clothes i felt better because at the end of the day we are all there for the same purpose!!!!

now when i shop for food i go around the perimeter of the store veggies, fruits, meats dairy somtimes the frizen food section and out i go everything in between, all the isles i try to consider un neccessary and try my best to avoid lol (for the most part) and trust me, its hard when u are an emotional eater like me!
