I have been drinking shakeology for a while now and love it. It is really expensive I agree, but for me it helps with weight loss, my cravings and digestion. I DON'T buy from beachbody coach and have been using it even before it was all over facebook. Give it a try...you have nothing to lose.

I LOVE Zumba and teach it! Zumba burns roughly 500-100 in an hour depending on how hard you work. Zumba love!

Just wondering what shoes were you wearing when doing Zumba? Cross trainers are suggested because they provide lateral support. Shoes have everything to do with how your knees are feeling.

I am middle eastern and we eat rice alot too. I gave up rice a while back. If I want rice I eat brown rice. I was having a problem too with not seeing changes until I switched my eating habits. I added Zumba and since I wear a HRM and know how many calories my body burns per minute am able to calculate that way.
