OATMEAL! with fresh fruit! or Kashi and almond milk. Or a green smoothie. I'd watch the amount of soy products you consume, I've read there are particles in soy that mimic estrogen.

I love sweet potatoes! Great for a post workout snack! Spread a little earth balance over it and salt.<3 Umm edamame is amazing!

True protein is good. You can buy it by the pound online. I just bought some pea protein powder. (it's vegan.)

I'm pretty sure serving sizes are like that so you can eat a balanced diet. Say eat cereal with skim milk with some fruit salad and coffee for breakfast. Or Hamburger helper with squash and asparagus for dinner. Their not meant to be the ONLY thing you eat.
