I'm on slimming world, its easy enough once you get you head around the book :) so far i've lost 2 stone on it :) so i'm quite happy with it

im 183 pounds.. what exercises would anyone recommend considerin i have done no previous exercise... is the wii fit board any good? :)

so how do i go about startin to loose wait, ive cut out all the crap, no sweets, chocolate, bread.. starting to exercise more :) i'd like to think im on the way :)
