Insanity and eating right

Hello, So I started Insanity this week and changing the way i eat to get back to my better self. Is anyone else starting Insanity or other program along with dieting?? Hoping to meet like minded people for friendship, insperation and advise. :happy:

    started counting the calories yesterday,
    did my first fitness test today

    it was intense, almost chundered at one point (Y)
