I watched on a T.V show called embarrassing bodies and it said you don't need to change your eating until last couple of weeks and then you only need to increase to 200 calories Which is just 2 bananas

It is healthy for you but, people who eat more foods that are easy for the body to break down have a bigger waist line as compared to people who eat more solid food such as muesli bar compared to a person that eats a muffin etc

Thanks so much for all your support and my councilor said to me I'm mentally and physically cured but she did say to me keep in mind you will have bad days and good days, I use to under eat and over excercise, well one apple a day and doing 1,000 star jumps and getting up and making myself move from 6am til midnight…

My friend quit smoking and she went to gym as soon as she felt like a smoke or doing some art and craft stuff, doing chores that you have been putting of for years, visiting friends. It's all about distraction good luck.

Sometimes what you see yourself as and what others see you as are sometimes a lot different ask a friend or family member who wouldn't lie to you and ask them to tell their honest opinion.

I use to weight myself everyday... but it wasn't helping because weight goes up and down and if I weighed more than yesterday I'd get depressed because all my efforts were not paying off so then I'd give up. I have a family like that, but in a way it makes me more determined to lose the weight and plus success isn't success unless you have a few hick ups on the way. And you have mistakes so you learn from them. Go to your G.P because he may be able to give you medication to get the the ball rolling with the weight loss good…

You can do it babe, just think positive if you have a bad day and you **** up don't dwell on it move on but learn from it. For example I can't be trusted with a loaf bread so I buy a bread roll sometimes if I need it for a sandwich. Good luck we are all on thos website for the same reason.

I'm have the same problem as you I'm at work by 7.30am and don't finish till 7.00pm. I cook a lot on the weekends or when I'm free then freeze the meals I cook roasts soup pasta and make lunch the night before. Hope this helps

They offer nothing, I did it for 2 weeks. Nothing really changed in weight loss department I use to get tired easily my mood would be all over the place and I just ate heaps of carbs later on down the track. In the 2012 Olympics a trainer said to his swimmer he couldn't eat any carbs for a year leading up to the Olympics…

Yeah I don't buy junk food, but I binge on anything. And I'm tired of feeling guilty and if I don't stop it now my weight will keep on up and up
