I started out w/ the bars and no weights, then by the end I was doing 10lbs each bar. I am going back now after a yr of nothings, so gonna start back w/ just the single bars, I think they weight 2 or 3 lbs each. I never kept track of weight loss results when doing it specifically. I was losing weight from eating better and…

We have a large jar in the kitchen to cook with, especially eggs and a small jar in the bedroom for moisturizing/diaper bums, hair, deoderant etc.

Not a dad, but nope. A family member got our oldest (he was 8) some and he looked ridiculous in them. BUT, I am okay with wranglers, different fit and not baggy so he wears those.

not sure if I am judgemental? I can't handle the talk of snickers w/ o wanting one myself, so i am not good reading continuous posts about junk that was eaten. Once in a while sure, often, I would endup caving since I have a food addictin problem

This may have been answered but I can't find it. Under exercise when I am recording what I have done, what do I count shred as? Cardio? Weights etc?? how many mins for each? I am doing only 1 level per day..
