Well, I was on here last yr, but bever posted on boards, just did the tracker for food. I made it to my goal of 165 then gained back 10lbs over the Winter and then became pregnant and gained another 20 on top of that.
Baby was born 2 weeks ago today, I have no idea as to my weight at the time, though I suspect it has gone up again since I haven't been careful with my eating till the last couple days. When I left the hospital I was 188, bummed cause I was 165 this time last yr. I have a new goal, I want ot be 145lbs hopefully end of Summer?
I am exclusively breastfeeding, this is baby #6 and the last so I am not worried about being pregnant againa dn ruining weight loss. We always knew we would have 5, so after #5 and the excuse of well, I am just gonna get pregnant again who cares if I lose the weight. Well that went out the window and I got healthy and was done. Then #6 came (we were thrilled!) and I actually never got as big as I did with the other 5 pregnancies. I really tried to be careful and gaining 20lbs instead of 60 made this pregnancy so much better and just a joy. Now my husband has been fixed so no more for usre and I can go to the next goal and hopefully on eday get a tummy tuck/boob lift..... Though he says no way. He actually likes me bigger cause it does bother him how much attention I get when I was really losing weight. I do not wear makeup nor anything besides skirts, so it isn't like i am screaming out for attention, I just htink he knows how mens minds work no matter what you look like. He isn't hte jealous type, just doesn't like it when he sees certain looks in mens eyes and that look diirected towards his wife. Oh help him when our daughters are older!
Oh if you made it through my novel, please friend me so I can have more support. I am a food addict, binger due to boredom, emotions etc. I do love to exercise just have to get motivated enough to get off the couch sometimes. Doesn't help any that I cook everythng from scratch so I am constantly in the kitchen. Plus i homeschool so I am home all the time too

First and foremost even though a relationship involves compromise you should never compromise your GOOD health for your partner. That means mental health too. If your personal preference is to be lean then do so. If your personal preference is to wear skirts for form, function, or to "feel sexy" then do so (of course you should be feeling sexy for yourself and for your partner, not for others, but that is for another discussion - I ain't Dr. Phil!)
Next up, "losing it for good" involves a lot of work and discipline. Learn what to eat and what to avoid, how to lose weight, how to maintain weight, etc. This requires WORK on your part. Work to read and research what is involved, work on here to make goals and track your intake and weight. Work to ensure this is for life and not just a "thing".
You can do it. Best of luck0 -
^^ you're completely right..... Also, why are you here? You look absolutely fit?
EDIT- I just realized your ticker, way to go, youlook awesome!0
