Actually, eating before bed turns food that's meant to be used for energy into fat because you aren't burning it. Me and my mum have both had success by cutting out this one habit. Also, bodybuilders i know wake up at various stages of the night to eat/drink protein when they're gaining.

Don't take prescription diet pills, they make you feel horrible! And long term they're so so bad for you. Stick with an over the counter fat burner, something to rev up ur energy. And L-Carnitine is good for burning fat, get it in liquid form and have it before training. :heart:

Babe it doesn't get "darker" or "thicker", it appears that way cuz when you shave, you make the tip of your hairs blunt, so it LOOKS different. BUT hey, waxing is a WAY better option anyway, the hair grows back thinner! (Whether it IS thinner or SEEMS thinner, i dunno, but it's better than shaving.)

Yeah, boobs are just fat so unfortunately they're really effected by weight loss/gain. I put on 8kg's in the past 2 months and my boobs are AWESOME now! Hahahaha, pity about the rest of me :D xo

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm not alot i don't think. The idea of these exercises is to BUILD MUSCLE so then you can burn fat easier and more efficiently. Dropping kilo's requires high intensity interval training (HIIT) goodle it! :D
