Does anyone know if greek yoghurt is healthier than say Shape Danone yoghurts and which greek yoghurt is best to buy i.e low sugar and fat content?? Oh and also got to taste good!!!

There's a huge variety available, of greek and greek-style yoghurts. And it'll depend where you live what you can find. Best thing is to read the labels and see which has a good protein content with low fat and sugar values. Find 2 or 3 in the supermarket, and see how they compare - pick the best one of those, and try it for taste.0

Taste varies thru the brands, so pick the brand that you like. I eat plain 0% fat greek yogurt...most brands for that have similiar nutritional content, but I don't like the taste of one brand in particular....my favorite brands are fage and dannon...0

The sugar content of yoghurt should be <10g per 100g.
In the USA: Fage is meant to be amazing. In AUS: Jalna Fat Free Yoghourt in the green tub.
Anything other than Greek yoghurt is usually high in sugar, even the "low fat" or "fat free" yoghurts.
Greek is good cuz you can add berries or a sugar alternative and monitor your sugar intake!0
