def could be heat/sodium-i gained 5 lbs back in two days! def normal though from what i read on here and not perm... and yeah ive heard of the calorie thing as well(eating alot! one day or less and sort of shocking the system-it kind of wakes it up - dont stress about the weight(like I did!LOL)

I just started today-im in!! (literally just finished,driping in sweat typing this haha)- I dont have any moniter/calculater,so im just logging it in as "circuit training" -but im guessing the results will speak for themselves! :) -wanna hurl LOl,but in a good way!

I feel the same way(just got mine yesterday,cramps(major!) sore ,very bloated-you know the drill-and i still forced myself to do Crunch cardiosculpt for 30 min,and am going to do some walking later -go for it!!! it actually made me feel better! :)

not n the book,but saw on tv once(as an OnDemand segment! - aside from being a broccoli slaw lover now,-the fettuchini alfredo (hg style-) is awesome!!!! I dont have the recipe,anymore,but was something ;like shiritaki noodles(I just used egg) ,laughing cow lf cheese,,sour cream(lf0 and i think maybe one more thing..…

stationary bike,walking dvds(leslie samsone has good ones) ,maybe some yoga stuff for low impact?

My goal is between 1450-140 (currently 215,starting here today)
